Rose through the ranks to lead multi-billion dollar Public Sector sales at Accenture Federal Services — leading sales across DHS, Federal Health, Federal Civilian, and DOD. Built and led 100+ person growth organizations spanning business development (hunters, capture, proposal management, competitive intel, BD Ops), Marketing (content, creative, digital, events, campaigns), and Offerings & Solutions. Developed custom BD and organizational processes and President's List pursuit disciplines that now inform every Sandpiper Federal engagement.
Brought on to scale IDEMIA's federal footprint during a critical growth phase. Developed go-to-market strategies, built partnerships with major federal integrators, and launched new offerings into the Department of Defense. Built the playbook for how a global technology company navigates federal compliance, security requirements, and the unique demands of selling into government at scale.
Took on CGO role at a major international development firm. Built new business lines, led M&A evaluations, and professionalized the BD function from the ground up. Proved that founder-led growth can be systematized — and that sustainable, scalable growth requires both ambition and the organizational guardrails to make it stick.
Led strategic expansion at Brillient, a Federal digital consulting firm, then served as President and COO at Take2 — driving operational scale, market positioning, and professionalization of processes. These roles sharpened his understanding of what it actually takes to scale a $20M–$100M+ Federal firm without losing the speed and culture that drove early success.
