Crafted and deployed best-in-class BD processes and wedge deal/demand generation disciplines — and played lead roles in developing win strategies, solution architectures, and strategic partnering that determined how marquee pursuits were structured and won.
Led federal market entry and expansion for a global digital identity and biometrics leader. Drove successful introduction of new product and service offerings into high-stakes markets — including Border Security, Secure Traveler, and biometric entry/exit — delivering facial matching solutions and biometric gate deployments across major U.S. airports. Introduced next-generation digital identity assets to DHS and Federal Civilian agencies, and regularly provided industry expertise and policy input to House and Senate Homeland Security Committee staffs. Developed and executed a PE-backed Value Creation Plan and multi-year growth strategy that produced major wins across DHS, DOD, and the Department of State.
As CGO, led the development and execution of a 5-year growth strategy alongside a ground-up rebuild of the growth ecosystem — redesigning vertical, horizontal, and growth organizations, professionalizing BD processes, and establishing an operating model built to scale. Built and scaled a 100+ person growth organization encompassing business development (hunters, capture, proposal management, competitive intel, BD Ops), marketing (content, creative, digital, events, campaigns), and offerings & solutions. Scaled the organization for growth in the truest sense: ensuring the talent, structure, and disciplines were in place to execute — not just plan. The result was best-ever company sales performance and a growth engine capable of sustaining it.
Led strategic expansion at Brillient, a Federal digital consulting firm, then served as President and COO at Take2 — driving operational scale, market positioning, and professionalization of processes. These roles sharpened his understanding of what it actually takes to scale a $20M–$100M+ Federal firm without losing the speed and culture that drove early success.
